The first three have been recently released; these ground breaking guides can provide ‘bite size’ initiatives to think new thoughts in relation to a role, whilst developing career enhancing behaviours. Carol Mote (BA Hons), MSc and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; (FCIPD) established The Maple Kind Limited, creating the unique landscapes to respond positively to regular queries from people at work struggling to find their voice or fulfil their potential; wanting to contribute more and finding it hard to find a way to do so. Mote said “an action centric support guide can help an individual to safely and confidentially experiment with new ways to demonstrate their potential. Through a refreshing practical tried-and-tested approach, individuals can find a transition liberating, motivating and energising. Addressing work based challenges has never been more engaging.”
