In response to requests from individuals for assistance, The Maple Kind Limited was formed to support individuals seeking to improve their work experience. People Advisory International have been supporting The Maple Kind in producing a range of insightful, pragmatic products. A range of Action Landscapes have been created as inspiration to support individuals at work. The first three have been recently released; these ground breaking guides can provide ‘bite size’ initiatives to think new thoughts in relation to a role, whilst developing career enhancing behaviours. Carol Mote (BA Hons), MSc and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; (FCIPD) established The Maple Kind Limited, creating the unique landscapes to respond positively to regular queries from people at work struggling to find their voice or fulfil their potential; wanting to contribute more and finding it hard to find a way to do so. Mote said “an action centric support guide can help an individual to safely and confidentially experiment with new ways to demonstrate their potential. Through a refreshing practical tried-and-tested approach, individuals can find a transition liberating, motivating and energising. Addressing work based challenges has never been more engaging.”
